We've had a lot of exciting staff changes at Ripley School this summer! First and foremost, we'd like to welcome Kaleb Hoffman to his new role as Superintendent here at Ripley. Kaleb was previously the Elementary Principal, as well as the High School and Junior High Softball coach. We are excited to say that he will still be continuing on as our High School softball coach.
Moving into the Junior High softball and Junior High basketball coaching position will be Kaleb's assistant coach, Joe Sadler. Joe will be on staff full time here at Ripley this year, in a maintenance/support role, in addition to coaching.
Taking the role of Elementary Principal will be Kerri Brewer, who was our previous Special Education director. Ginger Boyd has been hired to fill the position that Kerri has left behind.
Coach Doug Scott will be moving into the High School Principal position. He will continue to be our Athletic Director, as well as our High School basketball coach.
We are excited to welcome Jennifer Mitchell to Ripley School as our 3rd grade ELA/Reading teacher. She is coming to us from Stillwater Public Schools.
We are also pleased to welcome BACK to Ripley School, Mrs. Niki Burch as our Computers 1 & 2 teacher, and High School Librarian. She is coming back to Ripley from K-12 Learning.
And finally, we are happy to announce that one of our own, Karen Willson, has completed her exams and will be teaching our 7th/8th/9th grade English classes this year.
It's shaping up to be a great year here at Ripley! We can't wait to see everyone at our Back To School night on August 9th, and on our first day of school on August 11th.
